Natural Gas

With new technology, we can now recover natural gas we could not get to just five years ago. Now we are being told we can access 300 years’ worth of natural gas in this country alone! I say we encourage the use of natural gas in cars. We should provide incentives for the development of equipment that would allow a person to fill his natural gas vehicle from the gas line at his home. We should allow the construction of new electric plants powered by natural gas. I do not mind allowing tax breaks as an incentive to do these things, but I am against tax credits as an incentive. Your tax dollars should not be used to buy someone else a vehicle. But I do not have a problem telling someone that they do not have to pay taxes on the money they spent on a natural gas vehicle.
